Should I store my silver coins at home?

Home storage exposes investors to theft, burglary, or fire risks. Since home insurance providers do not offer coverage for your precious metals, storing them at home should only be considered for minimal amounts.

How to take care of my silver coins?

Maintenance methods of commemorative coins:

  • For coins often taken out for appreciation, first cut off the soft plastic bag for transportation. Many of the early plastics were made of polyvinyl chloride, which would release free chlorine over time and significantly threaten coins! Next, match it with a beautiful, small wooden box or a box covered with metal cloth. Try to use something other than plastic boxes, let alone polyvinyl chloride boxes. These boxes of precious metal coins can be kept in a dry cabinet or drawer, ready to be taken out and admired.
  • For coins that have been stored for a long time, store them in a wooden box and in a soft plastic bag. Coins with the same diameter and material can be packed in plastic boxes and rolled up with good kraft paper for every dozen coins. The kraft paper should be rolled in more than two layers, and the kraft paper should be wider than the thickness of ten coin boxes. Each end should be 1~2 cm longer; then, the two lots should be folded into triangles and sealed with tape. Please write the name of the coin on the vellum to make it easy to find. Once rolled, store in a dry safe or drawer.

Can I issue an invoice?

You can provide relevant invoice information and contact online customer service to register and issue. The issuing time is expected to be 7 business days (shipping time does not count). If the order is returned, your original invoice will be automatically voided.

How do you check the status of my order?

Registered customers can view information about a particular order by logging in, clicking order tracking under the account icon, and then clicking on the order number. Orders can also be located by searching by order number or date range. Customers who placed a guest order (without registering) can access their order by entering the order number and the phone number on order. After accessing the order, you can click the tracking number to track the delivery.

Will shipping be refunded if you return my entire order?

If the product is returned due to our products, we will give a full refund (including shipping costs); if the product is returned due to your reasons, we will also provide a full refund, but we will not refund the shipping cost to you. For more details, please see Return Policy.
